Tiffini is President and Managing Partner of West Coast Commercial Realty (WCCR) with offices in Washington and California. An award-winning commercial real estate broker and industry advocate, she has completed thousands of transactions totaling millions of square feet, including anchor, junior anchor and shop space leasing, ground leases, build-to-suits, mixed-use projects, stand-alone and new construction developments, assemblages, and investment and land sales. Her company currently represents several million square feet of commercial space on an exclusive basis, plus numerous sought-after and high-profile tenants and buyers.
She is a guest lecturer at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business, a mentor for UW's Aspire Program through the College of Built Environments, and NAOIP's retail sector mentor and judge for their collegiate Real Estate Challenge. She has been an expert panelist for industry-related organizations such as CCIM, the Appraisal Institute, the Commercial Brokers' Association, the Downtown Seattle Association, the WA Mortgage Brokers Association and The Massimo Group. She is licensed in WA and CA and is a 1994 graduate of the University of Washington.
