With firsthand experience as a business owner and operator, she approaches each assignment with care, discipline, and a clear understanding of what it takes for businesses to succeed long term.

Before entering commercial real estate, Susanna built and led multiple ventures in the beauty, restaurant, and fashion industries, including ownership of a high-end optical retail boutique, leadership roles within a well-known family restaurant business, and ownership of several spa concepts. This operator background allows her to advise clients with uncommon insight—helping them navigate site selection, leasing decisions, and expansion strategies with both precision and empathy.

Beyond her brokerage work, Susanna is deeply engaged in community development, holding leadership roles with organizations such as South East Effective Development (SEED) and Mercy Housing Northwest, where she previously served as Vice Chair.
