He has completed transactions in both the retail and office sectors, giving him a balanced perspective on positioning space, negotiating terms, and creating alignment between ownership and tenancy. His approach is rooted in consistent market outreach, detailed analysis, and disciplined follow through. As a dedicated client advocate, he is known for his exceptional follow-up, data-driven analysis, and ability to build consensus quickly. 


Riley came to WCCR with a background in commercial property management and leasing at a Bellevue, WA-based firm, where he developed a practical understanding of asset operations and financial performance. With a foundation in finance and a competitive background as a collegiate baseball player at the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo, he brings focus, preparation, and accountability to every assignment. 


Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Riley offers clients both local insight and an ownership minded perspective. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys Seattle sports, playing golf and spending time outdoors.
