After beginning his career in accounting and IT consulting, he entered commercial real estate brokerage in 2004, focusing primarily on investment sales at a regional boutique firm.

By 2012, Paul stepped into a leadership role, broadening his expertise across office, industrial, land, and retail transactions. His ability to see the full picture—financial, operational, and strategic—allows him to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.
