With over a decade of experience across institutional brokerage, private portfolio management, and investment advisory, Matthew has worked closely with owners and investors of all sizes, giving him a nuanced understanding of what drives decision-making and value. Early exposure to capital markets, coupled with tenures at Morgan Stanley, Marcus & Millichap, and Coldwell Banker NRT, honed his skills in underwriting, investment strategy, and portfolio optimization.

Matthew delivers a client experience grounded in strategy, clarity, and follow-through. He holds a degree from Babson College and lives in Seattle’s Madison Park with his partner. Outside of real estate, he is an avid sports fan, live music enthusiast, and passionate traveler.
