Matt brings more than 10 years of experience in the commercial flooring and construction industry to his brokerage work at WCCR. Having worked closely with architects, real estate managers, and retail store designers—primarily on large national retail accounts—he developed a strong understanding of site design, project economics, and the operational needs of major retailers.

This experience gives Matt valuable perspective when advising clients on retail site selection and landlord representation throughout Southern California. Leveraging long-standing industry relationships and practical development insight, he helps clients navigate the complexities of the retail real estate process with clarity and efficiency.

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Matt is a graduate of Penn State and currently lives in Irvine, California with his wife. He maintains strong family connections throughout Newport and Orange County and is deeply engaged in the region’s business community.
