Marcus came to WCCR with a background in multifamily property management and commercial brokerage, having built his foundation at Maple Leaf Property Management and Keller Williams. A Seattle native and University of Washington graduate, Marcus earned his B.S. in Real Estate from the Runstad School and has deep roots in the communities he serves across the Puget Sound region. 

At WCCR, he focuses on retail leasing and multifamily investment sales, helping businesses secure strategic locations and advising owners on acquisition and disposition strategies. He is known for his effective and direct communication, diligent analysis, and consistent follow-through. 

Marcus remains actively connected to the UW real estate community and is passionate about the continued growth of the region he calls home. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Seattle neighborhoods, Husky and Seahawks football, and the city's music scene.
