Madeline joined WCCR after several years at Pivotal Ventures, a Melinda French Gates company, where she refined her strong foundation in client service and operations. Working closely with high-profile partners, she developed a reputation for excellence, adaptability, and collaboration. 

A Seattle native and second-generation commercial real estate broker, Madeline combines her hospitality-driven approach with a deep passion for the growth and vitality of her city in her role at WCCR. Working across Washington State with a focus on urban markets, Madeline represents a diverse range of clients, from local ownership groups and small businesses to institutional landlords. 

Her experience spans multiple property types—including anchored shopping centers, neighborhood retail, mixed-use developments, and new construction projects in both established and emerging markets. In recognition of her success completing notable retail transactions throughout the Puget Sound region, Madeline has earned multiple CoStar® PowerBroker Quarterly Awards. She also serves on the ICSC Seattle Planning Committee, helping curate events that strengthen and connect the regional retail real estate community. 

Madeline’s Pacific Northwest ties extend beyond Seattle to her alma mater, Gonzaga University, where she cultivated a deep appreciation for community and connection—values she brings into every client relationship.
