With more than 25 years of operations and leadership experience, Lara is a vital part of the WCCR team and a trusted internal leader. She brings a detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach focused on supporting brokers, strengthening operations, and helping the firm consistently deliver for its clients.
Lara’s background spans specialty retail and restaurant operations, with senior leadership roles at Grand Central Bakery, Sur La Table, Eddie Bauer, and Briazz. Originally from Santa Monica, California—where her family owned and operated multiple restaurants—she moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington and built a career in hospitality and operations management. She is known for building the infrastructure that supports front-line teams while driving growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Throughout her career, Lara has led the opening teams for hundreds of retail and restaurant locations nationwide, working with startups, large retailers, and family-owned businesses. Just prior to joining WCCR, she served as Retail Director for Grand Central Bakery, overseeing café operations in Portland and Seattle, including real estate site selection, lease negotiation, and new location rollout.
At WCCR, Lara applies her experience as both a client and business leader to support brokers, clients, and vendors alike—ensuring operational excellence, thoughtful collaboration, and a strong foundation for long-term success.
