Katie brings more than 15 years of experience in sales, client service, and operational leadership across the retail, wellness, and real estate industries. Known for her relationship-driven approach and strong attention to detail, she focuses on understanding each client’s business objectives and helping them identify opportunities where their concepts can grow and succeed.
Katie joined WCCR after building a career that blends customer experience, team leadership, and strategic operations. She began at Nordstrom, where she developed a strong foundation in high-touch service and sales performance. She later spent more than a decade as general manager of a successful fitness and yoga studio, leading a team of more than 80 staff and instructors while overseeing a business generating more than $2 million in annual revenue. In that role, she built a loyal community through thoughtful leadership, personalized service, and disciplined operations.
Just prior to her time at WCCR, Katie worked with a real estate development firm supporting land acquisition, operations, and multi-phase development projects, giving her valuable perspective on the strategic decisions that shape successful real estate outcomes.
