After more than a decade in luxury hospitality, Kara moved into commercial real estate with a strong foundation in client service and relationship-building. Originally from Dallas, she later relocated to Seattle and joined WCCR, where she represents a broad and diverse client base that includes national retail REITs, big-box tenants, multifamily developers, independent retailers, and private investors.
