Julie advises landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers on leasing, business dispositions, and long-term real estate strategy and planning. She brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in restaurant, travel, and retail operations, allowing her to guide clients with a rare combination of operational insight and real estate expertise.

Before entering commercial real estate, Julie held senior leadership roles—including general manager, product manager, and director of operations—with well-known Seattle brands such as Miller’s Guild, Campagne, Flying Fish, La Spiga, Uwajimaya, and Young’s Market. She has been directly involved in the real estate, construction, and launch of multiple restaurant concepts, giving her firsthand perspective on how real estate decisions impact business performance over time.

Since transitioning into real estate sales, leasing, and consulting nearly ten years ago, Julie applies her deep operational background to help clients navigate complex transactions, evaluate opportunities, and make informed, long-term decisions. Known for her collaborative and practical approach, she brings strong industry relationships, strategic clarity, and steady leadership to every assignment.
