After graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in Operations Management, Jonathan co-owned a construction company before spending seven years with a family office overseeing all facets of commercial real estate. That foundation led him to WCCR in 2019, where he quickly established himself as a vital team member and Senior Broker.

Jonathan specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties, development sites, and retail assets throughout the Pacific Northwest. He advises local, regional, and institutional investors, developers, landlords and tenants, combining creative deal structuring, disciplined execution, and hands-on real estate experience to navigate complex transactions and maximize value.
