Constance brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience advising clients on leasing, investment sales, land transactions, and the development and redevelopment of retail properties. A CCIM designee, she is widely respected for her analytical expertise and strategic approach to complex transactions.

Her experience includes the sale of numerous multi-tenant retail centers ranging from $2 million to more than $40 million in value, as well as serving as a key strategic partner in the planning, development, and pre-leasing of more than 40 new shopping centers, including two of the region’s most notable lifestyle centers. Constance is skilled in site selection analysis, negotiation, and positioning clients for success in highly competitive markets.

In addition to investment sales, her work includes portfolio dispositions, ground leases, build-to-suit transactions, and pad sales for both corporate and private clients. She has also completed the Green Broker certification through the Commercial Brokers Association, helping clients incorporate more sustainable strategies into their development and real estate planning.
