Blake began his career in property and asset management before expanding into all facets of commercial leasing and sales, developing deep expertise in both landlord and tenant representation as well as buyer and seller advisory. He supports clients through site selection, lease negotiation, acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term occupancy and investment strategy, with a particular strength in translating creative retail concepts into sustainable, real-world outcomes. Since 2023, Blake has helped more than 15 pop-up food concepts transition into permanent brick-and-mortar locations throughout Seattle, creating value for both property owners and emerging brands.
