Avery is a third-generation, award-winning broker who brings clarity, discipline, and collaboration to complex leasing and sales assignments. Known for earning trust quickly and bringing people together, she approaches every engagement with diligence, attention to detail, and a sharp understanding of national and regional retail trends—helping clients move confidently from strategy to execution.

After graduating from the University of Oregon,  Avery joined WCCR, specializing in retail leasing and sales. Her pre-real estate background includes diverse experience at companies like Pioneer Square Labs–backed technology startup, TraceMe (acquired by Nike), and T-Mobile, sharpening her communication, client management, and execution skills. 

She represents a wide range of clients, from independent owners to large REITs, and from emerging brands to national retailers. Working throughout the Pacific Northwest with a strong emphasis on urban markets, Avery has experience across anchored shopping centers, strip and power centers, new construction, and mixed-use developments. A five-time CoStar® PowerBroker Quarterly Award winner, she is recognized as an emerging industry leader and serves on the ICSC Seattle planning committee as well as the Commercial Broker's Association Salute to Industry Impact event committee. A Seattle native and third-generation member of WCCR, Avery combines deep community roots with a forward-looking, relationship-driven approach to brokerage.
