After an early decade-long career in marketing and public relations, Tiffini moved into commercial real estate in 2004. Starting in 2006, she has been  named an annual CoStar PowerBroker® 16 times, the most awarded in the Seattle market, consistently recognizing her as one of the top commercial real estate brokers in the Puget Sound region and nationally. In September of 2016, she was named as a Bisnow Power Woman in the digital media company's first-ever Seattle edition of influential women in commercial real estate. Tiffini served as the 2020 Board Chair for the Commercial Brokers Association Board of Directors, the largest commercial real estate member-organization in the country, with over 4,500 broker-members in two states. She has been on the board since 2016 and is currently serving on the Executive Committee. In November of 2020, she received Connect CRE's 2020 Women in Real Estate award, honoring her role in helping guide her clients through the early days of the pandemic and for strategically shaping the future of her company. Throughout her nearly 20 year career, Tiffini has worked on a variety of diverse transactions including retail anchor, junior anchor, shop space, ground leases, and build-to-suits, mixed use applications, stand-alone buildings, new construction, assemblages, land sales and investment sales.
