With over 10+ years of experience in the commercial flooring industry, mostly in the greater Los Angeles area, Matt brings a valuable construction, design and development background to his brokerage work at  West Coast Commercial Realty. Working with architects, real estate managers and retail store designers, mostly on large national retail accounts, gave Matt a vital look into the site design, economics and operations of these high value customers in the retail sector. Leveraging these long-standing relationships within the sector, he has layered onto his deep knowledge of the industry and is focused on retail site searches and retail landlord representation in Southern California. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Matt is a graduate of Penn State and currently lives in Irvine, CA with his wife and enjoys deep family connections in the Newport and Orange County area.
