After several years of brokerage work in Miami, FL, including work in brokerage operations, Josh brought his dynamic background to his work at WCCR. Originally from New York/New Jersey, Josh also spent several years in Israel before he moved to Miami to study international business and eventually, to start work in commercial real estate. As a successful broker on a high-performing team, he focused primarily on land and retail sales and leasing. Seattle-based Amazon brought his family to the West Coast and with WCCR, he is continuing to follow his passion to help clients through brokerage and transaction services designed to meet partner and shareholder goals, including investment value, property positioning, marketing and strategic planning.
